Cute and Silly

Emeree wasn't in a picture taking mood, but I think the pouty face is adorable. She's wearing her Valentine's Day sweater that my mom got her. And then, we have Mr. Silly. He's wearing Michael's white bow tie and a plastic fireman hat.

Becky gave us 2 of these hats and he kept whining until I would wear the 2nd one. It doesn't fit my head, so I have to walk around carefully with it. He found the bow tie and keeps trying to put it on himself. ***Please ignore the mess behind him - that's one of our box/pile of stuff walls while we are fixing up the rooms and find places to unpack everything. That's what I get when I ask Michael to take a picture - I would have moved Ethan to a prettier background that isn't embarassing. :)

Why you should never look away

While I was nursing, I gave Ethan a pen and paper to draw with at his highchair. If I give him crayons, he eats them, but he has always been fine with a pen . . . until now. I was sitting right next to him, but focused on feeding the baby. When I turned to look at him, I have now realized that pens are off limits too.

Luckily, he didn't draw on his clothes at all. Just his arms.

Another attack of the post-it flags

Remember this from August? Well, he found another pack of the post-it flags. With everything in boxes and repairs going on, I'm still not sure how he found these. But he once againg put them all over himself and the floor. It's about 2 weeks later now, and I'm still finding random ones on my socks from walking around.
